Eligibility for Returns
At Adiira (www.adiira.co.uk), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 10 (ten) days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:
Intimate or innerwear items
Personalized or custom-made clothing
Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 (two) days of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item). In such cases, Adiira will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the process.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, cancellation requests may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
